With your Loan Pre-Qualification in hand, you’re now ready to view homes!

This can be one of the most enjoyable steps in the process.  I’ll preview properties that I think might work for you on our Broker’s caravan that is held on Tuesday afternoons.  If there are any properties that you are interested in viewing, I can set up private showings for you to view the homes.  We may find the best opportunity to view certain properties is on a Saturday or Sunday during an open house.  Whenever the time, use this opportunity to imagine yourself living in the property.

It’s really important for you to share continuous feedback with me throughout the home viewing process.  Tell me your likes and dislikes about every property.  This will help me to find other properties better suited to your tastes.  And, it will help you to evaluate every property, comparing it to your list of needs and wants that we collected during your Buyer Counseling Session.  When you find the property that meets all of your needs, and the one that you can picture yourself living in, you’ll be ready for the next step in the process, crafting the offer.
