Having identified the house that you want to call home, it’s now time to craft the strongest offer possible that will put you in the position to achieve your goals and get the property you want to buy! I’ll help you create and negotiate the offer on your behalf with a strategy that will achieve the terms that both you and the seller will find acceptable.

Even though we’re living in a very hi-tech world, I like to remind everyone involved we’re just humans on both sides of the transaction. One of the most effective ways that I’ve found of reintroducing that human element into the transaction is through the use of a letter of introduction or “love letter” from you to the seller telling them all about you and why you can picture yourself in their old home. I’ve also found it to be helpful to accompany this letter with some images of you and your family to really help them paint the full picture of who you are and why they should select your offer.

This, along with the preapproval letter, proof of funds and the purchase offer documents puts you in the strongest position possible to secure the property.

Once you have come to an agreement, the escrow process begins and you are on the path to moving into your new home.
