Prior to hitting the market, I’ll work with you to stage the home, have professional high quality photography taken, and draft engaging ad copy.  I often enlist the assistance of a local architectural expert, especially on historical properties to help express the pedigree of the home in our marketing materials.  Prior to hitting the market, all of our initial marketing materials will be completed and ready to be rolled out upon introduction to the public.  I utliize a number of beautiful marketing pieces including our exclusive PT Mobile tours, a dedicated website, dynamic e-blasts and brochures, plus print advertising.  I’m highly engaged in social media through my youtube, blog, instagram, facebook and twitter accounts.  Everyone has access to these tools, but most don’t have the strategy to put them to work.  I also utlize new technologies like augmented reality to bring your home to life on prospective buyer’s mobile devices.
